    Ajman DED signs MoU with MoIAT

    The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) and the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), to kick-start the newly-announced Fourth Industrial Revolution Program, known as "UAE Industry 4.0", in a pioneering step that enhances the chances of shifting towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). This Program is specifically designed to adopt the 4IR solutions in the industrial sector within the UAE, enhance the competitiveness of the sector, improve industrial production processes, and develop the local talents.

    H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi honors Ajman DED. Ajman DED registers 5 intellectual properties

    H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman, honored the Department for registering 3 intellectual properties for the Studies and Research Office, and two of its employees for registering intellectual properties that support economic growth in the emirate. They are Mr. Saud Sultan Al-Shamri, Director of the Commercial Control and Protection Section, for achieving an intellectual work titled “In Ajman”, and Mr. Salem Al-Ghafri for achieving an intellectual work entitled “The Empire of Foreign Investment”.

    Ajman DED signs a cooperation agreement with HCT

    The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) and the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) have signed a cooperation agreement to establish a strategic and effective partnership between the two parties, in line with the Fourth Principle of the Fifty-year Charter, which considers human capital to be the main future driver for growth and the real bet to ensuring the UAE remains the most competitive national economy, in a way that supports the development of human capital, enhances efforts at the level of Emiratization and encourages projects, innovations, and entrepreneurship among young people.
