Disclaimer

• The establishment undertakes that it is a licensed project owned by an Emirati citizen; otherwise, it commits to disclosing this to the festival organizers.
• The establishment undertakes to engage in activities related to the festival’s field, such as selling, cooking, and serving food, meals, and dishes, as well as cafés and food trucks. The festival also welcomes establishments working in kitchen equipment, cooking supplies, and suppliers, among others.
• The establishment undertakes not to register if it has any high-risk violations.
• In case of offering any discounts, the establishment commits to obtaining the required permit through the smart channels of the Department of Economic Development or by visiting customer happiness centres.
• Attendance is required on the morning of Thursday, December 25, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM to prepare the booth.
• The booth must not be left unattended on any day of the festival, and daily attendance and participation are required, including the presence of national staff at the booth throughout the exhibition hours (4 PM – 10 PM). Support staff may be used if needed.
• Arrival 15 minutes before the scheduled festival time is required daily (3:45 PM), ensuring presence at the booth before the festival begins.
• Participants have no right to object to other exhibitors.
• The establishment must contribute to promoting its participation and marketing the festival through its various social media accounts.
• Failure to comply with the above will affect the establishment’s eligibility for future participation.
• Non-compliance with the above-mentioned shall affect your future participation.
