The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) received a visiting delegation from the Transport Authority in Ajman, with a view to acquainting the best practices in the field of managing the relationship with partners and integration. The visit included presenting and discussing the policies and work manuals in force in the Government Communications Office, and the practices that are applied within the scope of partnerships. Then, the delegation was taken on a tour of the Customer Happiness Center in the Ajman DED.
H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director General of the Ajman DED, expressed his happiness at the Transport Authority's visit, pointing out that this visit reflects the importance of exchanging experiences and knowledge, and consolidating relations in order to achieve the emirate's vision and develop the environment for doing business and common services. He also expressed the Ajman DED's readiness to provide all support and enhance cooperation with partners in order to achieve the public interest and achieve the aspirations of the government, which adopts the principle of partnership and integration in its strategy.
For his part, H.E. Omar Mohammed Lootah, Director General of the Transport Authority, praised the efforts of the Ajman DED and the continuous development of its services in line with the economic developments of the emirate of Ajman. He also stressed the need for strategic cooperation that would develop expertise and skills and strengthen partnerships within government work between government departments in Ajman to develop infrastructure and reach a sustainable and competitive economy. At the end of the visit, he extended deep thanks and appreciation to Abdullah Al Hamrani for his kind reception and hospitality.
