In the interest of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) to support, empower, and develop its human capital, H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director-General of Ajman DED, honored the Ajman DED's employees of determination for their dedication to work and providing support to other customers of determination.
At the beginning of the honoring event, H.E. Abdullah Al Hamrani, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the employees who made great effort and dedication to work during the past years, and expressed his appreciation for the assistance they provide to customers of determination by providing awareness and training workshops for customers and marketing services in sign language. Al Hamrani said: "Our goal is to invest in the Department's human cadres, to enable them to develop their skills in presentation, training, and optimal dealing with customers to raise the institutional reputation of the Ajman DED."
He added that empowering employees, especially people of determination, to communicate and deal with customers or market services is to raise the level of their satisfaction and customer satisfaction, as the two processes are connected and support the strategic objectives of the Ajman DED and achieve quality of life.
