The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) concluded the "Ramadan Consumer Bazaar 2023" initiative in cooperation with the Ajman Markets Cooperative Society, KENZ Hypermarket, and Nesto Hypermarket. The initiative aimed to enhance the quality of consumer life by reducing the burden on consumers through special offers and discounts (from 25 up to 75%) on all commodities, as well as competitions for the public on social networking sites. The initiative also received a strong response from the public, achieving 93% consumer satisfaction rate.
At the end of the initiative, Ajman DED honored the shareholders of the initiative, Ajman Markets Cooperative Society, Nesto Hypermarket, and KENZ Hypermarket for their cooperation and contribution to the success of this initiative. On this occasion, Mr. Hassan Ali Al Shehhi, Director of Anti-Commercial Fraud Section, said, "The Ramadan Bazaar initiative aimed at supporting consumers to buy their needs in the blessed month of Ramadan with affordable prices to reduce the burden on them in this blessed month. We are happy with the success of this initiative, the consumer satisfaction, and the cooperation of associations. In addition, we affirm the continuity of these initiatives that support consumers in various aspects and invite all cooperative societies and sales outlets to cooperate with us in the coming years.
