The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) has launched the "AjmanDED Talk" initiative, which is a series of sessions that will be organized by the Customer Relations Section in cooperation with organizational units and investors in various sectors, with a view to supporting the Ajman DED’s strategic objectives in raising the percentage of customer satisfaction and finding realistic solutions to the various challenges facing customers in the targeted sectors in addition to the services provided by the Ajman DED.
In this regard, Teih Al Kawai, Director of Customer Happiness Section at Ajman DED, said that this Initiative was launched with the aim of protecting and empowering existing investments by monitoring the observations of customers in the sessions and knowing the challenges they face. She added that the Initiative will provide multiple analyzes of the main topics related to priority economic sectors, to help them reduce risks and invest successfully in the Emirate of Ajman. The Initiative will also address some institutional, legal, and financial issues, notes, and complaints related to the rendered services, in addition to the basic business environment that provides the basis for sustainable and successful investment in the Emirate.
Al Kawai affirmed that we, in Ajman DED, put customer satisfaction and the quality of our services on top of our main goals. In addition, she said: “We aim is to precisely know the needs of customers and investors, and to enhance the ability of investors and dealers to measure risks and investment opportunities so that they can make correct and informed decisions, and to discuss risks and critical opportunities facing customers, as well as allowing investors to share their unique and actionable insights on how to plan for the future.”
