The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) is going to launch a number of events and initiatives during the holy month of Ramadan, which come within the agenda of "Ajman Ramadan Events" to celebrate this occasion, which is one of the greatest and most important occasions in the Islamic calendar, through launching various events throughout Ramadan, from launch of the "Economic Ramadan Majlis" on the 10th of April, the "In Ajman" exhibition on the 14th of April, and the big sales. All initiatives are organized in cooperation with the Ajman DED's partners, including the Ajman Business Women Council (AJBWC), the Municipality and Planning Department, and Marsa Ajman.
On this occasion, Mrs. Aisha Al Awadi, Director of the Government Communication Office, at the Ajman DED, stated that the various events to be launched during the holy month of Ramadan are initiatives aimed at promoting the services provided by the Department and supporting its strategic objectives. In addition, they support and encourage investment and the business environment. "The initiatives of the holy month of Ramadan are launched to support entrepreneurs and promote their distinguished projects through an exhibition of their products. Through the "Economic Ramadan Majlis", we will transfer knowledge from senior businessmen in Ajman and the UAE to emerging entrepreneurs who wish to open their own projects, and we confirm that the big sales in Ajman are offered to attract the public to the Emirate and promote its economy.” Al Awadi added.
Al Awadi stressed that the Ramadan initiatives 2022 provide a creative and innovative approach to the promising investments in the emirate and offer pioneering investment opportunities, and to come up with the largest amount of creative ideas that serve the future of Ajman according to a far-reaching and ambitious vision in line with the directives of the wise leadership, to continuously raise the competitive position of the Emirate.
