Ajman DED opens first consumer happiness center in partnership with Al-Futtaim Automotive

In a move exemplifying an advanced model of public-private collaboration, the Department of Economic Development – Ajman (Ajman DED) inaugurated the first consumer happiness center in partnership with Al-Futtaim Automotive. This collaboration aims to strengthen the emirate’s efforts to elevate the quality of government services and provide exceptional experience for customers.

The center is the first of its kind in Ajman, offering distinguished services that enhance consumer satisfaction and improve the efficiency and quality of government services. The initiative aligns with global best practices in consumer happiness and addresses customers’ feedback and requirements. The launch of this center represents a qualitative shift in the delivery of government services within a modern, interactive environment that emphasizes efficiency, convenience, and speed of service.

The inauguration was held at Al-Futtaim Automotive’s Toyota and Lexus branch in Ajman, attended by Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Bloushi, Senior Manager of Consumer Relations at Al-Futtaim Group – Automotive Division, and Mr. Hassan Ali Al Shehi, Director of the Anti-Commercial Fraud Section at Ajman DED, and Mr. Khalifa Ghaleb Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of the Commercial Protection Department. along with several senior officials from both parties. Their presence highlighted the significance of the event and its role in strengthening institutional cooperation.

The launch underscores Ajman DED’s commitment to building effective and sustainable partnerships with private-sector entities. The agreement between the twcustomerflects Ajman DED’s vision and its goal of delivering innovative and advanced services that support business growth and enhance the customer experience, in line with the government’s forward-looking strategies.
