The Department of Economic Development of Ajman (Ajman DED) organized “In Ajman” exhibition for owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at its headquarters in the Al Hamidiya district, and in cooperation with the strategic partners, mainly the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation and the Free Zone, with the participation of 20 exhibitors whose activities varied between textiles, clothing, perfumes, and food. This exhibition is held on the occasion of the “Micro-, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises Day” and in preparation for the blessed Eid Al Adha.
In this regard, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director of the Business Development Administration, stressed that SMEs are the backbone of our economy. Therefore, the Ajmn DED is keen to support owners of SMEs through many initiatives and events, including the "Taziz" program with exemption from local fees for 5 years and the “Household License" program with free subscription for 3 years, whose members enjoy a number of advantages, including free participation in exhibitions, events, training workshops, and consultations in feasibility studies provided by the Ajman DED.
Al Nuaimi stressed, "In Ajman is an exhibition to support the members of "Taziz" and "Reyada" programs, and we, in Ajman DED, continuously provide support for owners of SMEs to develop a sustainable economy."
He added, "We, in Ajman DED, believe in cooperation and integration with partners in achieving the vision and objectives of the Department and the Government of Ajman. We thank the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation and the Ajman Free Zone for their continuous support to project owners and their active participation in the Department's events and initiatives."
