Ajman DED receives a delegation from the Ajman Police To review the best practices in resource and property management

In confirmation of the march of excellence of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) and its pioneering role in spreading the culture of excellence and inspiring institutions to adopt best practices, the Ajman DED received a delegation from the Ajman Police General Headquarters to review the best practices applied in resource and property management, including revenue development programs, rationalization of expenditures, procurement policy, financial performance indicators, procurement and contracting procedures. The delegation was received by H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hemrani, Director-General of Ajman DED, in addition to the presence of a number of directors and officials from the Support Services Administration at Ajman DED and from the relevant organizational units in Ajman Police.
Al Hemrani welcomed the visiting delegation and stressed the importance of these meetings that enhance the existing strategic partnership between the two sides, contribute to achieving the vision of Ajman, and contribute to improving the quality of life in the emirate. He added: "The Ajman DED has become a destination for best practices in various fields, as a result of the efforts it exerts in the continuous development of institutional performance and on the services, projects and initiatives implemented by the Department. These visits reflect the importance of partnership and integration between entities to benefit from the Ajman DED's experiences and expertise in line with the directives of the wise leadership and rulers calling for raising the level of excellence and integration in government work and among all entities.”
Saeed Humood, Director of Support Services, said: "During the meeting, we have reviewed the Department's organizational structure, financial strategic objectives, financial performance indicators, revenue development programs, procurement policies, and financial systems followed, in addition to development plans and future directions."
