The Ajman Department of Economic Development won 3 prizes of the Next Generation Services Challenge launched by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, and led by the Ajman Digital Department. The prizes were presented during a ceremony held as part of Ajman One Forum, celebrating 10 years of the Emirate of Ajman's digital transformation journey.
The ceremony was held in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, where Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi, President of Ajman Digital Department, honored the winning entities, as part of the Ajman Government's efforts to establish a more efficient and flexible government model by simplifying procedures, expediting service delivery, and enhancing customer experience..
Ajman DED won the prizes in the following categories: the "Innovation in Services" category for the trade license issuance service(Business Go), in recognition of the redesign of the service journey and the integrated connection with federal and local entities.; the "Interfaceless Services" category using AI agent for providing the renewal service..; and the "Pioneers of Ajman One App" category, in recognition of the development of Ajman One application in the Department’s services.
This achievement comes within the framework of the Challenge's targets of eliminating unnecessary procedures, reducing the time required to complete procedures by at least 50%, and eliminating redundant requirements and conditions, thereby enhancing the Emirate's competitiveness and improving the quality of life for the community and the business environment.
