H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director General of the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED), commented on the report issued by the Ajman Statistics Center regarding the growth of Ajman’s gross domestic product (GDP) by 6.25% in 2023. This growth reflects the current bright economic situation in the Emirate of Ajman and the tireless efforts of the emirate’s government that works in harmony with the UAE’s trends to achieve its goals of doubling the GDP during the next decade.
Al Hamrani also stressed that these results stem from solid and supportive strategies for the various economic sectors, which enhances investor confidence and deepens economic integration in Ajman. This contributes to sustainable economic progress and enhances its attractiveness as a hub for investment and business in the region.
Al Hamrani added: “This report demonstrates the exceptional efforts led by the Ajman government to achieve sustainable development and economic stability, and clearly shows the forward-looking vision of the Emirate of Ajman towards the future and its continuity to achieve its goals with the aim of supporting the strategic directions and objectives of the Ajman 2030 Vision, which seeks to enhance the competitive business environment and investment climate.”
