Leadership meeting with the department’s clients to identify their needs

The department directors at the Ajman Department of Economic Development organized an open meeting with customers at the Customer Happiness Center, with the aim of listening directly to their feedback and comments and identifying the key challenges they face throughout their service journey. This initiative comes as part of the department’s commitment to enhancing its services and improving the overall customer experience.

This meeting is part of a series of regular initiatives launched by the department to ensure effective communication with customers and to promote the highest levels of transparency. It also supports the objectives of the Government Zero Bureaucracy Program, which aims to streamline procedures, accelerate services, and simplify requirements in line with the Government of Ajman’s vision to enhance efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction.
