Today, the Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) organized the annual forum for its employees under the slogan “We meet to celebrate our achievements". During the forum held at the Fairmont Hotel Ajman, the most prominent employee achievements were reviewed and the distinguished ones in various job categories were honored. This year's forum focused on continuing to embrace Ajman DED’s values and unifying our vision on the importance of continuing development so that Ajman can assume a competitive position on the global level and reach leadership in the field of customer service. The forum included offers, entertainment competitions, and various prizes.
H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director-General of the Ajman DED, said: “The current session is the fourth session of the Employee Forum, which we aim to organize periodically, to enhance communication between employees and celebrate their achievements and contributions to achieving strategic goals and the quality of life of society, which constitutes an incentive for them to provide more giving and creativity, and supports building a positive and happy work environment.”
Al Hamrani appreciated the efforts of the employees and urged them to redouble and advance their work and renew their commitment to the professional and institutional provisions of the Institutional Loyalty Charter. He emphasized the importance of setting the Ajman Vision and the Ajman DED's strategy as a top priority for all employees in all the work carried out by the Department and never to deviate from it.
