  Customers can access the service through an electronic link received via email after submitting the license application, or directly through the “Tawtheeq” service on the department’s website.

  Attach the contract to be authenticated along with the supporting documents and submit the application.

  Upon reviewing the application, an electronic link will be sent to the customer via email for an interview (video call) or to sign the contract.

  The customer can join the meeting (video call) or sign the contract using the electronic link received via email or through the “Tawtheeq” service on the department’s website.

  Once the application is approved, the authenticated contract will be sent to the customer’s email or can be accessed through the “Tawtheeq” service on the department’s website.

Service fees are determined in accordance with the provisions of Emiri Resolution No. 3 of 2019, which amends Emiri Resolution No. 23 of 2018, regarding the authentication of commercial company contracts in the Emirate of Ajman.

Access to the service is available to stakeholders or their authorized representatives.
