We invite you to submit your services within the Ajman DED's new project "Virtual Center", which will allow users to access the following services easily and proactively via video conference means with service providers.
| • | Designing and developing an online system that provides the Ajman DED's services, and using the supporting tools to ensure easy and effective service provision (such as video conference and digital identity). |
| • | Providing service providers (Agents). |
| • | Marketing and promoting the Center's services |
| • | Providing licensing services: |
| • | Issuance of permits |
| • | Payment of fines |
| • | Providing proactive services, for example: |
| • Send a notification to the customer before the license expires and serving him to renew it; |
| • Help the customer to issue the permit |
| • Provide fines payment service |
| • Update the individuals' data |
| • | Adhering to excellence standards in service provision, including the Global Star Rating System standards for service provision. |
| • | Submitting periodic reports on business activity. |
| • | Updating the systems and operating expenses of the system periodically. |
The value of the project will be charged to the customer as a service fee (AED 100). In detail (AED 20 for the Department of Economic Development) (AED 80 service fees and value for the Virtual Center/ without tax), according to the financial system adopted by the Ajman Government to outsource the services of the Ajman DED/ transaction value
